If you run a small business and are looking for help without wanting to commit to a maintenance contract you may find our Pay As You Go service ideal for your needs.
Standard website maintenance packages are:
£250 per month (Gold), £150 per month (Silver), £80 per month (Bronze) - package details are below.
All prices quoted exclude VAT.
All our maintenance contracts are covered by the Serious Web Support Promise - the price we quote is the price you pay, and if we do not deliver on time you pay nothing.
Bronze Support Package - £80 per month
If you are a start-up or small business, the Bronze support package is an ideal way for you to keep on top of your website without running up spiralling agency costs, or spending valuable time yourself.
What you get:
- Response to all enquiries within 1 hour (8am-8pm Mon-Sat)
- 60 minutes support time each month (includes making changes to your website and telephone support) plus
- Quarterly site link check
- Quarterly site traffic stats and analysis (level of detail may depend on information available from your hosting company)
Silver Support Package - £150 per month
If you need regular updates to your website text or images, and you wish to ensure that your website is working flawlessly, a Silver support package is recommended.
What you get:
- Response to all enquiries within 1 hour (8am-8pm Mon-Sat)
- 90 minutes support time each month (includes making changes to your website and telephone support) plus
- Monthly site health check - we check for any broken links plus test your contact forms, shopping carts and other interactive elements
- Quarterly site traffic stats and analysis (level of detail may depend on information available from your hosting company)
Gold Support Package - £250 per month
Are website issues and problems critical to your business? If so, our Gold support package is ideal for you.
What you get:
- Response to all enquiries within 1 hour (8am-8pm Mon-Sat)
- 120 minutes support time each month (includes making changes to your website and telephone support) plus
- Monthly site health check - we check for any broken links plus test your contact forms, shopping carts and other interactive elements
- 24/7 site monitoring - your website will be constantly monitored to ensure that it is live. The minute it goes offline we can contact your host (during opening hours) or contact you (email or SMS)
- Quarterly site accessibility check - we will run automated tests to ensure that your website is not contravening the Disabilities Discrimination Act
- Quarterly site traffic stats and analysis (level of detail may depend on information available from your hosting company)
- Quarterly website review and strategy consultation report (worth £300)
